What's new!
Well, I am back from Woolfest and althoug I didn't manage to get a stall this year I went and helped on http://www.knitting4fun.co.uk/ stand. I worked with Bev (and Tom was also there!) at both Ally Pally and Harrogate Knitting and Stitching shows last year. They are both very enthusiastic about what they do and are great fun. It was very tiring as usual but even more so as their stand is busy from doors opening to doors closing!
Before Woolfest I decided to make up some small bags of fibres ready for Fibre East http://www.fibre-east.co.uk/ which is at the end of July at Thurleigh, Bedfordshire. These contain about 100g of mixed fibres which are suitable for spinning, felting or embelishing. They will be going on the website sometime this week.
The other thing that I have nearly sorted out is the felted bag. This is done with chunky yarn which gives a lovely thick fabric. Once the pattern has been written onto the computer then the kits will also be available.
