Spring has sprung

Why is it that when spring finally gets here I get the urge to move furniture and clean! Yesterday I had a lovely surprise - I turned up at the studio, went upstairs and realised Dave, my landlord had been in and fixed me a handrail!( He is a really nice guy) So that meant I had to nip out and get some varnish to seal it with and whilst shopping eventually got some gloss paint and have now done one coat on the handrail and two out of the four big windows plus the little one at the back. And if that wasn't enough I then proceeded to move the storage area round so I can move the desk into the place I originally wanted it. I am no ready to have a soad in the bath with a glass of wine!

The council has also given the units a street number as no-one could actually find us - I am now officially 184B High Street West. The daft thing is next door is something like 172 and 174 and opposite is 309. I think it will be hunt the studio for a while.

I want to get the other two window painted then I can sort out the dying for Woolfest. I am also planning a few more patterns to be made into kits.
